Perks and Finer Details $120,000 – $130,000 super government grant incentive Full-time position – rotating and flexible hours 75-place service with a wonderful community and strong team dynamic Succession planning and pathways into senior leadership Position Details The Centre Director will act as the Nominated Supervisor, responsible for the operational management and compliance of the service. Responsible for team management and leadership across the service. Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies. Build and maintain quality relationships with families and the wider community. Build trusted relationships with families, children, and staff. Oversee rostering, enrolments, documentation, and audits. What You’ll Bring Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised) At least 2 years of experience as a Centre Director A genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes in children’s learning and development Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and early years compliance frameworks Excellent organisational and communication skills A collaborative leadership style and passion for early education Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certifications Anila Recruitment are specialist recruiters on a mission to change the face of recruitment in the OSHC and Early Years sector.
